Tandoori: Tradition from the Clay Oven

The tandoor is a traditional high-temperature oven used across parts of South Asia. It plays an important role in North Indian cooking.

Naan is baked against the inner wall of the oven, creating a soft centre with beautifully browned, slightly crisp patches.
